單峰 has rich experience in HR Management（14 years）, who was the chief course-designer of “Psychologically Based Communication Skills”, “Strategic Thinking & Implementation of HR Management”, “TTT Based on the Principal and Practice of Psychological，Consulting and Training”.

單峰 has double-master degree, studied and worked abroad. He was the vice president of Chunguang Management College. Before that, he was the People System Manager of Bama Food (China). 單峰 has more than 10-year practice and expertise in building effective training system, designing and developing leadership program, delivering training courses, people development and review, recruitment and business culture, competence and TTT, etc.
